This will be a 12 week FOLLOW ALONG workout program in which I will be performing the workouts with you through prerecorded workouts. All that is needed is a pair (or 2-3 sets ranging from light to heavy) of DBs! This is a metabolic resistance training program designed to help you lose fat, build muscle, increase strength and endurance. Split into upper, lower, full body, cardio and core training days. You will be training 5-6x a week. It can be modified to an individual's fitness level if needed, but the individual must know how to modify to their needs.
