What weights would I need?
There are two program styles -- 1) the At-home programs (which requires dumbbells) and 2) the Gym-based programs. For the at-home workouts, this can be done virtually anywhere and will require you to have around 3 sets of dumbbells. I would stick with 3 different pairs from light, medium. to heavy (i.e. 15lbs, 20lbs, 30lbs). For the gym-based workouts, the gym has the equipment for you, and I got you covered on how to reach your goals with a program.
How long are the workouts?
This depends on which program you will be on. Workouts should range from 30-50 minutes at most.
Is the Gym or Home program for me?
If you're comfortable being in a gym, choose a the gym-based program to align with your goals due to the available equipment. The gym will have everything you need. If you like the home-based workouts, you should choose these which only require a few pairs of dumbbells. You can still do these at the gym, but there is more flexibility to do these anywhere, anytime.
How does 1 on 1 coaching work?
1 on 1 coaching is not available through my website as it is more exclusive and customized to you. This requires you to fill out a Type Form which can be found in my Instagram BIO under 1:1 coaching. Essentially, I would design a specific program and meal plan for your needs. We would meet virtually once per week to discuss your progress, changes, technical aspects of the program, and more, in depth. This is designed to not only help beginners, but also some of my longest-terms clients sustain their goals optimally and help keep them accountable every step of the way.
